By accessing or using 3D Bumblebee's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

3D Bumblebee provides 3D printing services including custom prints, prototyping, replacement parts, and related design services. All services are subject to availability and these terms.

Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required before production begins
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout

Custom Orders

For custom 3D printing orders:

  • You must own or have rights to use any designs you submit
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate intellectual property rights
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
  • Final products may vary slightly from digital previews due to the nature of 3D printing

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original designs you submit. By submitting files, you grant us a limited license to produce the requested prints. We will not share, sell, or distribute your designs without permission.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the United States
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind our work:

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos
  • Defective prints will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion
  • Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Limitation of Liability

3D Bumblebee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Produce items that infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Create weapons, weapon components, or dangerous items
  • Produce illegal or harmful products
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
